This hotel was truly a nightmare with unsafe rooms and rude staff; definitely not a place I would ever stay at again. The location, however, was convenient for easy access to the underground from Heathrow.

Staying at the hotel was a unique experience in April. The rooms, with one double and one single bed, were something else, an absolute must despite visiting in April. The service was really polite and accommodating. The location was amazing, being close to the underground and the town center. The dining experience had its ups and downs but was overall good, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
