This hotel was truly a nightmare with unsafe rooms and rude staff; definitely not a place I would ever stay at again. The location, however, was convenient for easy access to the underground from Heathrow.
The room was below expectations with a strong damp smell and multiple maintenance issues. The service was mixed, with some staff members being helpful and lovely while others lacked cooperation. Despite its convenient location for commuting, the hotel had some cleanliness issues and inconsistencies in service quality. The dining experience was lacking in quality compared to advertised options.
Staying at the hotel was a unique experience in April. The rooms, with one double and one single bed, were something else, an absolute must despite visiting in April. The service was really polite and accommodating. The location was amazing, being close to the underground and the town center. The dining experience had its ups and downs but was overall good, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
